Each park model is ordered to specification with an array of options.
Park model homes, for many of our seasonal residents, are a second home
or a "New England summer home" that is economical, easy to
maintain, and allows summer getaways to the quiet woods.

If you are interested in purchasing a park model home here at Lake Forest, you may look over several
designs and decors to personalize your home. At the moment, we have
park models for sale within the Resort currently availible. Make an
appointment to tour one of these spacious seasonal homes.
The look of your park model home can be highly customized to suit your tastes. Various color schemes and layouts are availible including options for convenience and comfort in every room. A reclining chair near a bay window or an island of countertop for the avid cook can make your vacation summer house your summer home. Typical options we include in our park models central A.C., hardwood floors, and designer white or Oak cabinets.
We
are also dealers for Dura-Bilt three-season rooms, which add an
enclosed summer room to expand your living space. Our room additions
are typically a 10x20 enclosed room with 10x11 summer porch. People
often opt to have us add a front deck as well, which offers the
oppurtunity to sit outside on a summer day.
