If you're a Couple who appreciate time together in a scenic setting on a tranquil, sunny shorefront and the complete facilities of a quality RV resort, join us at Lake Forest Resort on Great East Lake in the eastern Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Lake Forest Resort provides a unique camping opportunity for adults 50+ or couples on their own again. Natural grounds and a glittering shorefront are tranquil backdrops for the weekend or the season.

"We enjoyed many years at the park. We started only for a weekend in 1981, 1982 in the field for a few weeks and then seasonal in 1983. Art and I enjoyed it very much. Thanks for keeping the park going so well" D. Burt

Set on 100 wooded acres, the Resort offers well-spaced sites, with a full complement of recreational facilities and social activities. Play a round on Forest Meadows, our own executive course that wind through beautiful woods adjacent to our RV and cabin sites. Afterwards, gather with friends in the post-and-beam clubhouse.

"Thanks so much for letting us stay at the campsite for so long. We had a great time here this summer and met many wonderful people. You are good hosts and run a very nice RV park"  S. Macie

Our dock, boat ramp and canoe racks are convenient for taking advantage of beautiful Great East Lake. A seat on the dock is a glittering vantage point to watch the loons and sunsets. Cast your line for native bass and rainbow trout, go for a swim, or use the ramp to put your boat in for a day on the water. Great East Lake's three square miles of crystal clear water, home to loons in the summertime, provides a peaceful respite from life's hectic pace.

"You should definitely try Lake Forest RV Resort in East Wakefield, NH...the place is VERY quiet, very dog-friendly, and the largest, shaded sites I have ever seen...the place is perfect for us" -Tracy

Our two miles of well-kept and shady winding roads are ideal for walking or biking, while the open field is the site for RV rallys and picnics. The outlets and shops of North Conway and Wolfeboro are nearby, as are seven 18-hole golf courses and an enticing assortment of restaurants and summer stock theatres. Wolfeboro and Lake Winnipesaukee are just minutes away, as is majestic Mt. Washington.

New Hampshire offers a wealth of things to do outdoors among breathtaking scenery. Minutes away from Lake Forest, visitors can find everything from hiking trails to fresh lobster dinner. Taking advantage of the gorgeous surroundings is easy because the weather in New England is pleasent and comforable in the summer. Nearby Wolfeboro offers shopping, and restaurants and cafés, and hosts several summer concerts by the lake and car and boat shows at the harbor.
